1. How many TVs do you have in your home?
Two. A 31" RCA Home Theater model in The Indigo (my yet to be built home theater), and a 25" Sanyo that Susan won at one of my Christmas parties.
2. On average, how much TV do you watch in a week?
A couple of hours a day. Let's say 14.
3. Do you feel that television is bad for young children?
Too much TV isn't good for kids. Too much TV isn't good for anyone. When we were first married, Sue and I didn't have a TV. There are days (many!) that I'd just like to get rid of ours.
4. What TV shows do you absolutely HAVE to watch, and if you miss them, you're heartbroken?
Heartbroken? None. I do have the Tivo set to record two shows: Good Eats and The Thirsty Traveler, both on FOod Network.
5. If you had the power to create your own television network, what would your line-up look like?
Submarine movies, cooking shows, "Tales of the Gun," and doccumentaries about Jack the Ripper and Lizzie Borden.
Ron hipped me to this cool t-shirt. I'm a huge cemetary fan, especially the old ones. This shirt as an imprint of Poe's grave stone. Poe, of course, is one of my favorite writers. Also from the same pile o links from Ron, this corset named The Batty.
Here's another Slingerland Rolling Bomber set. The front head is a repro of Glen Miller's drummer's front head. Too bad the kit has been re-wrapped.
Replies: 1 person has rocked the mic!
Oh my gosh!! I LOVE Alton Brown!! Good Eats is one of my favorite shows! He has great recipes, and he's a crazy nut! :o)
(You have great taste!!) ;o)
