03/03/2004 Entry: "The woman I love"

I forgot to mention it here yesterday--although I didn't forget to mention it to her. 15 years ago yesterday, I wrote a letter to Susan. And, quoting the Blues Brothers, I told her "Everybody needs somebody to love," and I wanted that person to be her. We now consider the date of that letter, March 2, to be the official start of our relationship.

(I had to write a letter, not becuase I couldn't tell her how I felt, but because she lived 32 miles away!)
