1: Grab the book nearest to you, turn to page 18, find line 4. Write down what it says:

2: Stretch your left arm out as far as you can. What do you touch first?

To my side, a cubicle. In front of me, the computer monitor.

3: What is the last thing you watched on TV?

4: WITHOUT LOOKING, guess what time it is:

9:24 am

5: Now look at the clock, what is the actual time?:

9:20 am.

I hear James clicking away on Barry's computer, and the wizzing of fans in the server rack behind me.

7: When did you last step outside? what were you doing?

I was hanging out the open flag at 9am this morning.

8: Before you came to this website, what did you look at?

Whatever blog is just above Maria's (where I stole this from). "Left Turn Denied," maybe.

9: What are you wearing?

A blue henley and a pair of olive/grey trousers.

10: Did you dream last night?

Not that I remember. And if I do remember, they're usually pretty strange. (Just check the archive.)

11: When did you last laugh?

Well, I laugh all the time. But the last real memorable laugh I had was at something Susan said the other night in bed.

12: What is on the walls of the room you are in?

Kind of a creamy paint. Lots of office type stuff.

13: Seen anything weird lately?

No.

14: What do you think of this quiz?

It's as good as any of the last bunch of Friday Fives.

15: What is the last film you saw?

In the theater? Probably Star Wars Attack of the Clones. At home? I started watching some bear cartoon with Julia on lunch break, but didn't finish it. The last whole movie I saw was Lawrence of Arabia (I think).

16: If you became a multi-millionaire overnight, what would you buy first?

Big house in Spruce Head with enough room to have a Newfie.

17: Tell me something about you that I don’t know:

I have a crazy fear about eyballs. I don't want to see anyone loose an eye, and I don't want to be poked in the eye. it has nothing to do with loosing sight, mind. It's an eye ball thing.

18: If you could change one thing about the world, regardless of guilt or politics, what would you do?

That all the world might be saved through Jesus Christ.

19: Do you like to dance?

Yes. Of course, I don't do it ver much. I remember how to waltz and fox-trot. I can stroll--that's not to hard. I know the macarena :-) and I used to know how to jitterbug.

20: George Bush: is he a power-crazy nutcase or some one who is finally doing something that has needed to be done for years?

Doing something that has needed to be done for years.

21: Imagine your first child is a girl, what do you call her?

Um, how about Julia Valentine? :-) I also like Elisabeth, Jill, and Emily. We have the girls' names covered. It the boys' names I'm having a problem with!

22: Imagine your first child is a boy, what do you call him?

Nathaniel Lewis. Of course, his twin brother is giving us more problems, but Matthew is in the lead right now.

23: Would you ever consider living abroad?

Not really. I like Maine too much. And all of our family is here. I'd like to visit Italy and the UK. I once thought I'd like to visit Paris. Not anymore.
