At Billy Rhythm Designs, our focus is on providing a look that fits with the image of the customer. It's more important to us that the clients like their design--that it fits their needs and style. But their needs also have to be tempered with what's technically and visually appropriate. We try to make our sites appropriate visually; no flashing or blinking graphics, no outrageous colors. Technically, we design all pages to fit on a typical screen; to render correctly on a Mac and a PC; to look good in Internet Explorer and Netscape. Filling in alt text, titles, and keywords also help your page within search engines. These kinds of details are often not found in the price range we offer. We do it for all our pages.

Costs involved? We bill on a $30 per hour basis. Most of the time is involved in the beginning. Once a template and colors have been chosen, following pages come more quickly. For a ballpark figure, we say one hour labor for each page, and two hours for pages that take a lot of coding (forms, cgi-scripts, bulletin boards, etc.). Most of our pages run between $200-$400.
