08/18/2002 Entry: "Pictures of the finished Gretschs."

Here's that promised shot of the Gretschs. I think they look pretty durn good. They sound pretty durn good, too. This is my first kit that has maple in it. (It's not all maple--it's 4 plies maple, 2 plies gumwood.) The sound of maple that every drools over is true. Warm, rich, round, and with lots of sustain. The toms sound really good for Jazz. The kick sound is perfect for rock.
