Crazy wild phat chocolatey props to bass playin' fool Paddy Rowling. He bought me a bar of honest to goodness Scharffen Berger chocolate. I first heard about them on Follow That Food. A couple of weeks later, I heard about them again on the Wolfgang Puck show. Then, a couple of weeks after that, I found them in Market on Main. (In a twist of "Things that make you go "Hmmm," Paddy is the web designer for Market on Maine. Isn't it a good looking page?!) Well, today Paddy brought me a bittersweet Scharffenberger, which is 70% cocoa. Yowza! It's just one click up from eatin unsweetened chocolate. It's good!
