10/13/2003 Entry: "The Jim Follow-Up"

I played a little practical joke on my buddy Jim the other day. After the joke was over, I needed to clean up some props, so to speak. In so doing, I splashed some bleach on my pants. Jim felt bad, and bought me a new pair of pants! It wasn't his fault--it was all mine. And yet, he felt bad. And, the joke was on him!

"A greater love hath no man than this: than to buy his homey new duds when the practical joke backfires."

Thanks to Jim. A more sincere thank you I cannot give.
